Volunteers Refurbish Village Entryway Signs
The "Welcome to Montgomery" signs that mark entry points into our village are weathered and faded. They have served us well for many years, but the years are definitely showing. While the first impression we make on potential home buyers and business developers is important, this is not a good economy for proposing we spend money for new entryway signs. A solution? Why can't volunteer artists in the community work to refurbish these signs? Well, the answer is they can! Members of the Montgomery Beautification Committee have set out on a mission to refurbish each of the village's seven entryway signs, and while they're at it, they'd like to create flower plantings around each one for added visual impact. Volunteers can do plenty in our community and together, we can make a better community by each contributing what we can. Can you help us? Contact
