Where and When Do I Vote?

Village of Montgomery Trustees will be elected on April 5, 2011 through elections being held in every area referred to as the Consolidated Election. Montgomery is divided among three voting jurisdictions: Kane County, Kendall County and Aurora Townships. Your voting address will determine which election authority is correct for you. Any authority will assist you in locating your correct voting authority and in moving or modifying your voter registration.

The websites listed below can help you:

  1. Move your voter registration to your current address,
  2. Locate where and when you can vote,
  3. Find early voting locations and dates,
  4. Obtain the information you need for absentee voting.

I'm Not Yet Registered To Vote. How Can I Do That?

You can register to vote, or move your voting from your former residence to your Montgomery residence by contacting the above websites, through Voting Registrars at most public libraries, and at Montgomery Village Hall. I can also help you as I am an authorized Deputy Voter Registrar.

What Will The Ballot Be Like?

Prior to the election, sample ballots will be available and when they are, we will post links on this website. So you can review what you'll be voting on in advance and be familiar with the issues and candidates that will appear on the ballot.
